PhD research: reflexive journal

Below are short snippets of raw thinking that happens in the margins of the research work. Some ideas develop into significant elements of the project, others fade. This reflexive journal is part of my PhD methodology at Sheffield Hallam University, a record of the thoughts, doubts and questions that shape how the research unfolds. Read them as they are: unfinished, honest and rooted in the moment of writing rather than the polish of the final thesis.
