If you don't know where to start and open-ended questions are difficult we can co-create a structure to your sessions

I am here to support you with making sense of your experiences. No more being weighed down by endless rumination

Hours & fee:
Virtual or in-person appointments all day Thursday and also on Saturday and Sunday afternoons.
